Refund Policy

At Intercontinental Truck Body, we want you to be completely satisfied with your truck body parts purchase. If you're not, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Window Most items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet our return conditions.

 

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return or refund:

• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition (including original packaging, tags, hardware, and any included accessories).

• The item must be resellable (no damage, modifications, dirt, or signs of installation/use).

• You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).

 

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items The following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Special-order or custom-fabricated parts (e.g., parts cut, painted, or modified specifically for your order).

• Installed or used parts.

• Electrical/electronic components once opened or connected (e.g., lights, wiring harnesses).

• Sale/clearance items (unless defective).

• Freight or shipping charges (outbound or return).

• Core charges (if applicable).

 

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect part:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at yourparts@itb.ca with photos and your order number.

• We will provide instructions for return (often with a prepaid label or at no cost to you if it's our error).

• Approved defective returns will receive a full refund or replacement (our choice).

 

Return Process

1. Email yourparts@itb.ca or contact us via our website to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 30-day window. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

2. We will issue an RMA (required for all returns).

3. Ship the item back to the address provided with your RMA, using a trackable method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective on arrival, etc.).

4. Once we receive and inspect the item (usually within 5–10 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method (minus any applicable restocking fees). Refunds typically appear in 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

 

Restocking Fees

• Standard returns: 15–25% restocking fee may apply (especially for larger truck body components).

• Items returned without original packaging or in non-resellable condition may incur higher fees or be denied.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
