These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Intercontinental Truck Body website and purchases of truck body parts. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Pricing & Availability All prices are in CAD (unless stated otherwise) and exclude taxes, duties, and shipping. Prices and stock are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors.

2. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept when we confirm shipment.

• We accept major credit cards, VISA, Mastercard, AE, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

• We may cancel or refuse orders (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues).

3. Product Information & Fitment Truck body parts descriptions, images, and fitment guides are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Always verify compatibility with your unit (ITB unit number). We are not liable for incorrect fitment if due to user error.

4. Warranties & Disclaimers

• Manufacturer warranties apply to products (we provide info where available).

• We disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. Parts are sold "as is" except for manufacturer defects.

• We are not liable for installation damage, misuse, accidents, or consequential damages.

 

5. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intercontinental Truck Body is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or site.

 

6. Privacy: Your personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy  and applicable Canadian laws (PIPEDA).

 

7. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in Alberta courts.

 

8. Changes: We may update these policies at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
