Keeping Fleets on the Road with ITB Parts & Service

Even the best-built truck body eventually needs maintenance, repairs, or replacement parts. Intercontinental Truck Body supports customers long after delivery through a comprehensive Parts & Service offering designed to minimize downtime.

ITB maintains fully stocked parts stores that carry genuine OEM and specialty components. Inventory includes aluminum wall panels, extrusions, flooring, hinges, locks, electrical systems, lighting, lift gates, roll-up doors, walk ramps, and a wide range of hardware. Preferred partnerships with leading suppliers ensure access to quality products when they are needed most.

In addition to parts, ITB operates skilled in-house Service Centers in both British Columbia and Alberta. Technicians handle everything from routine repairs and panel replacements to full refurbishments, upgrades, and custom outfitting of existing vehicles. Quality workmanship and consistent processes help keep fleets operating reliably.

For customers who cannot afford to bring equipment into a shop, ITB offers Mobile Service. A fully equipped service vehicle and a trained technician travels directly to job sites, performing repairs and maintenance on location. This approach reduces transportation costs and gets vehicles back to work faster.

Whether the need is a single replacement part, a complex repair, or ongoing fleet support, ITB’s Parts & Service teams are structured to respond quickly and professionally. Combined with the company’s manufacturing expertise, this after-sales support reinforces ITB’s role as a long-term partner for businesses that depend on their trucks every day.
